Exchange & Returns Policy
01 Return Instructions:
We have a no Return or Exchange Policy.
If something needs to be returned, you should contact us by email sales@living flags.org or Whatapps +6012-486 170 within 1 days of receiving your item.
02 When your shipment arrives:
When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect merchandise on the same day as delivered.
Package / Merchandise that arrived damaged in transit must be reported to us the same day. Please have the delivery driver make a note if the package they deliver shows signs of damage before signing for it.
Please provide photo of damaged packing BEFORE opening the carton and damaged items after opening of us to establish the damaged is in transit and caused by poor handling by courier company.
Damaged caused by improper use or by cutter when opening the package or carton will not be replaced.
03 Exchange Instructions: Applicable only within Malaysia
If an item is ship wrongly to you we gladly accept return and we will send you a replacement within 1 day of receiving your return shipment. We do not allow exchange for items ship correctly.
04 Refunds:
No Refund allow. We only provide replacement for wrong item ship or damage caused by Courier Company.
In the event we are unable to replace a wrong item shipped or and item damaged by courier company, we will give you a Coupon with a store credit for you future purchase.

06 All International sales are considered final by LIVING FLAGS STORE and we apologize that there are no exceptions to our International Return Policy.
No return and No Exchange Allowed for shipment outside of Malaysia.
07 We will only ship replacement for wrong item shipped or damage in transit by our courier carrier at no extra charge. Subjected to receiving photo evidences of wrong item ship or evidences damage in transit.
We generally do not require you to ship back a wrong item or damage in transit item.
